For people who ask

You pay to find out whether something already happened. You see the result before you pay. You get a receipt, not an opinion.

The steps

1. Ask in ordinary words. If a detail is missing — which chain, which window — you are asked for that detail and nothing else. The question is not rewritten into a different one.
2. Read the quote. The claim, the bounty, and the most it can cost. A quote spends nothing. The bounty is already held to the evidence. A fork, a hack, or a bug can make an on-chain fact harder than it looks, and the amount you can post stays inside what a proof on that evidence can support, either as a claim or as a refutation.
3. Simulate it. The program that would settle the claim runs now. You see TRUE, FALSE, or a refusal, and what that outcome would pay. Still nothing spent, and nothing posted. Run the outcomes you care about. A refusal here means: do not post this question as it stands.
4. Confirm, or do not. Confirm is the step that spends the bounty and posts the claim. Until you confirm, you can drop the quote.
5. Wait for a proof. A miner brings a receipt. TRUE or FALSE settles it. A refusal leaves it open. If nobody proves it in time, it expires: the bounty comes back, and every stake is refunded.

Your wallet

You sign two messages so a bot or an agent can post questions as you. One sets a cap per question, a budget, and an expiry. greenseer does not hold your key. Refunds return to you. Either side can revoke the permission, and nobody can post in your name without it.

The pool

Other people may stake YES or NO while the question is open. Those stakes are what those people believe. They are not evidence, and they do not decide the verdict. The program does. You can ask without opening a pool at all: the bounty alone pays a miner who brings a proof.

Where you ask

The human door is the Telegram bot. There is no chat on this website. An agent can ask for you with the same steps; that surface is for agents.
